    • Fill tire pressure to the designated PSI as listed on your vehicle’s tires.

    • A thorough check of all four tires for any defects or concerns.

    • Removing all four tires from the vehicle

    • Inspecting the tires for damage, uneven wear, or other issues

    • Inspecting the wheels for any issues such as worn or damaged lug nuts

    • Rotating the tires according to the manufacturer's recommended pattern

    • Re-installing the tires on the vehicle

    • Removal and disposal of old filter

  • Pull up towards the valet kiosk near the departures entrance. Hand your keys to an SP+ valet attendant and say, “Please add a Vohnt detail to my valet parking.”

  • Your service will be added to your valet charge and paid together when you return.

  • All vehicle services are performed at Vohnt’s Columbus, OH service center near CMH Airport. Our certified and insured Valets pick up and drop off vehicles from Vohnt parking spots in the CMH valet parking area.

  • You can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment up to one day before your return date in case of flight cancellations or changes.

  • We can service your vehicle unless you're returning within 12 hours of booking.

  • While we strive to prevent any damages, in the event of an incident, your vehicle is covered by our comprehensive insurance. We take real-time photos throughout the entire service, and if you notice any damage or missing items, we will promptly address the situation.

 Standard Service FAQs

  • Click Here or go to our website, www.vohnt.com, click on ‘CMH airport’ at the top of the homepage, then click ‘Book now and save time’.

    Input your contact information, vehicle information, and schedule your desired service.

    You will receive a confirmation email with instructions and your entrance code to our reserved parking area on the 4th floor next to short term parking.

  • Once you have input your information and confirm your appointment time, you will be prompted to pay for your appointment.

  • All VohntX subscribers may use Vohnt’s airport services. Email our team at admin@vohnt.com and we will provide you with the appropriate codes to access the service before your next flight.

  • You may park anywhere in the short or long term garage to use Vohnt. We recommend booking your appointment prior to parking. This will allow you access to our VIP parking lot located on the 4th floor via an access code. Simply use the code provided in your appointment confirmation email and park in one of our designated spots on the fourth floor next to short-term parking.

  • Via our dropbox located on the 4th floor by the east elevators. Follow the below steps to drop off your keys.

    Press Drop Off | Press Pick up Code | Click Small Parcel | Enter your mobile number | Click Confirm

    You will receive a text with a temporary pick up code in case you need access to your keys prior to your departure. We also have a kiosk in the terminal on the ground floor below baggage claim open for key drops during the hours of 8:30a-3p M-F.

  • The day of your return, you will receive a text message containing your keybox code. Your vehichle is now ready and can be picked up 24/7. Go to the Vohnt keybox on the 4th floor of the parking garage by the east elevators, click ‘pick-up’, press ‘pick-up code’, and enter the code in the text you received. The keybox door will open and you can take your keys. Please close the door upon grabbing your keys.

  • Yes, you will still need to get a long term parking ticket to enter the building and pay standard long term parking rates. However, you will receive free upgraded parking in the Vohnt designated parking area - located in reserved parking next to short term on 4th floor - and will not have to pay extra.

    If you already have a parking pass with the CMH Airport, you can use this to enter and then use our Vohnt parking entrance code for free upgraded parking during your trip.

    *Any individual who chooses to park in Vohnt’s VIP parking area and DOES NOT have an appointment will be subject to towing enforced by the CMH Facility Operations Team.

  • Vohnt performs all services at our operations center in Columbus, OH minutes away from the CMH Airport. Our fully certified and insured team of Valet Associates pick up and drop off all vehicles from the Vohnt parking spots in the CMH parking garage.

  • We fully understand that things change and we want to make sure we are flexible and accommodating. We allow cancellations up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any appointments canceled after this period are subject to a $50 cancellation fee

    If your flight changes or is delayed, we allow rescheduling up to 1 hour before your appointment.

    *If last minute cancellations or changes to your flight occur - please contact us at (614) 549-7004 and our team will be happy to assist you and coordinate changes.

  • You will receive a text message containing your keybox code and confirmation the day of your return flight.

    We guarantee that your vehicle will be back and ready for you up to 1 hour prior to your return flight landing.

  • We understand that things change, and we want to make sure we are flexible. If for some reason your flight gets canceled or changed, you have the ability to reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before your scheduled time.

  • We strive for excellence which is why we offer a 5 Star experience or you money back guarantee.

  • We have put together an impeccable servicing process for our technicians, and all of our Vohnt drivers are thoroughly vetted and trained, so our goal is for this to never happen.

    But, Incase an incident does occur, we cover all of our clients’ cars under the best insurance on the market, and as soon as you drop your keys in our keybox, all liability is covered under our insurance. We also take real time photos of every aspect of our service; from pickup, to service, to drop off. If you notice something has been damaged or is missing, please let us know and we will rectify the situation immediately.

  • Upon dropping off your keys at the Vohnt key locker, you will receive a text with your temporary access code that will be valid to pick up your keys up until your departure flight leaves CMH.
