All vehicle services are performed at Vohnt’s Cincinnati, OH service center 2 minutes from the CVG Airport. Our certified and insured drivers pick up and drop off vehicles from Vohnt parking spots in the CVG valet parking area.

You can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment up to one day before your return date in case of flight cancellations or changes. Just notify your valet of the changes or email us at vohntcvg@vohnt.com

We can service your vehicle same day unless you're returning within 12 hours of your initial departure time.

While we strive to prevent any damages, in the event of an incident, your vehicle is covered by our comprehensive insurance. We take real-time photos throughout the entire service, and if you notice any damage or missing items, we will promptly address the situation.
